The St. Peter’s Gleaners partner with area farmers, local food pantries, community organizations and volunteers to:
- Fully capture local resources:
using food that is grown in our area and minimizing food waste - Strengthen the local food supply:
providing fresh, nutritious food to those in greatest need - Promote community spirit:
harvesting together at local farms and markets, sharing meals, and learning and training others in agricultural arts - Create meaningful employment:
developing apprenticeships and intern programs for those in need of work.

at the Chatham Farmers Market on Fridays 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. during the summer months
at the Kinderhook Farmers Market on Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. during the summer months
